Veggie Masala Maggi
Maggi is the most instant recipe which is cooked by everyone in few minutes. This is a new fusion of veggies and Maggi Which Will not only fill your Hungry tummy but also tasty treat for your taste buds.

Ingredients
- 2glass 450ml
water - 2 Packets of Maggi
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1
chopped Onion - 1 small finely chopped
Tomato - Half cup chopped Capsicum
Half cup boiled carrot
Half cup boiled green peas
1 packet maggi Magic Powder
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- tbsp Garam Massala
- tbsp turmeric powder
Salt As Per your taste
Instructions
- Take a Frying Pan add oil
- Add chopped onions
- Add chopped capsicum
- Add chopped Tomato
- Add chopped carrots
- Add chopped green peas
- let them cook add spices turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala powder & Add maggi Spice Sachet.
- Add Tomato sauce
- Add Maggi magic masala
powder - Add 1 Glass of Water
- Add Water salt as per your convenient taste.
- Add maggii into the pan let them cook well
- Cook it for 2-3minutes until the maggi is cooked
- And your Veggie Masala Maggi is ready to eat!!
Notes
Serve It Hot you can make it soupy or dry as per your choice.
You Can Also add Fried Paneer & Baby-corn to Enhance the taste Of Maggi.
