With 2gms. Jaggery (treacle) should be taken after dinner. Then drink water. Continue this for a week for the complete care of acidity.• Basil leaves are beneficial on acidity. If you eat only one basil leaf daily, your stomach stays clean.• After food in morning & evening suck a clove it improves digestive system. Tea is harmful in acidity so please tea till the problem is solved.• After eating Sauf, the acidity is reduced.• Lemon is very effective in acidity. Extract of lemon with lukewarm water in the evening helps in removing the acidity. A cup of lukewarm water with a spoonful of lemon juice, taken thrice after every hour is also very useful.• If there is gas in the stomach, eat a glass of water and some Ajwain (Celery Seed).GAS IN STOMACH:• Exercise is the best solution when there is stomach ache.• Take two peels of garlic in the morning at empty stomach, this prevents the gas trouble.• Walking for a while after meals helps in digesting food and not producing gas in the stomach.INDIGESTION:• If there is lack of hunger, sour belching or indigestion squeeze a lemon in half glass of water and add sugar to it. Drink it daily. Drink mixture of a spoonful of ginger juice, lemon and mineral salt (saindhav salt) with a glass of water. On the core of pineapple sprinkle powder of black pepper and salt, eat it. This removes indigestion. Papaya is also helpful to cure this problem.• Ginger is beneficial for indigestion. Eating ginger reduces stomach acid. And increases digestive activity.• Cut a red onion and squeeze a lemon on it and eat it as salad with the food. In case of a child just give 5 drops of onion juice. That’s all.• If you drink lemon juice in warm water before meals, it reduces indigestion.
