Kaala chana chaat is the most popular street side chaat. Which is too tasty and healthy. This chaat is all over famous but on the beach side in Mumbai they are extremely popular. The Beach is famous for the chana chaat visiting to beach and not having this chaat is just incomplete. So chaana chaat is a healthy recipe which you can make with ingredients which are available in the kitchen

Ingredients
1 fresh lemon
1 cup chopped tomato (1 small Tomato)
1 cup chopped onion (1 small onion)
1 Teaspoon Green Chillies
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chaat massala
100 grams of Boiled chana (Black chickpeas/ Kaala chana)
2 Tablespoon finely chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Ingredients
- Take a bowl add boiled chana (Black Chickpeas/Kala chana)
- Add finely chopped tomato and onions
- Add 1 Teaspoon green chillies adjust the spice flavour according to your taste
- Add lemon juice according to your choice. tangy taste of lemon enhances the flavour of chaat
- Add 1 teaspoon of chaat massala add salt according to your taste.
- Add Finely chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania Pata)
- Mix all the ingredients together. wait for 5-7 seconds so all flavours come together.
- Serve chaana chaat in a bowl. add some coriander leaves (Dhania pata), lemon slice and sprinkle some chaat massala on it.
You can also add raw mango (kachha kairi) if its availabe during the season. when i was peparing this chaat the raw mango (kachha kairi) was not available in the market so i skipped it. but if you it surely add it which will make your chaat more tangy and burst taste into your mouth.

Always soak the brown chickpeas/kala chaana overnight for 7-8 hours
You can also add boiled add boiled potato and fresh cucumber into the chaat
You can also make this chaat with the Green chickpeas and steamed sprouted Moog.
The one who our Jain or doesn’t like to eat onion but love to eat chaat they can add boiled potato and cucumber into the chaat.
